AMED Advancing higher education in Maldives through e-Learning Development

Project was financed by the Erasmus+ programme - KA2 which started in January 2019, with the partners: University of Zagreb - Faculty of Organization and Informatics, Maldives National University, The Open University of Catalonia and Croatian Academic and Research Network (CARNet). 

 

Spinor Consulting provided services in policy assessment of the e-learning at the Maldives National University, and coordinated preparation and drafting the e-Learning Roadmap which will establish an institutional framework for comprehensive development of e-learning at Maldives National University.

CCI4TOURISM - Strengthen entrepreneurial skills of Cultural and Creative Industries project

Project was financed by INTERREG ADRION (Adriatic-Ionian Programme 2014–2020 with the aim to establish cultural and creative industries as the main actor for strengthening sustainable cultural tourism and forming corresponding politics to improve the tourist offer in the Adriatic-Ionian Region, in which the cultural heritage is an untapped tourism potential.

Spinor Consulting was subcontracted in order to develop a survey questionnaire in order to analyse the needs of SMEs in the field of cultural and creative industries and conducting focus group interviews. Additional tasks for Spinor Consulting was to deliver a result of the project – a draft support program for working with entrepreneurs in the cultural and creative industries that would describe access and learning methods, acquired skills and the target group.

PER - Public Expenditures Review in Science, Technology and Innovation in Croatia – Analysis of all R&D and innovation support programs financed from public funds
 

Technical assistance to the Government of Croatia with the to provide the analytical basis for improving the effectiveness of public spending for science, technology, and innovation. Over the medium term, the project is expected to contribute to increasing the absorption of EU funds for science, technology, and innovation. In the long term, this should lead to improved innovation performance of Croatia, as measured by innovation outputs such as intellectual property, publications, and similar.

Quality and Coherence of the Policy Mix - presents a diagnostic of the Croatian National Innovation System, analyzes public funding for science, technology and innovation, and identifies gaps and overlaps in the policy mix
